Anyone who knows me well, will know to this day that I grew up loving all the characters in the stories written by Beatrix Potter. My Grandmother would read the stories to me as a child.
I was so excited when browsing through upcoming fabric collections at Rileyblakedesigns.com and saw that the "Tale of Peter Rabbit" will be released in May of 2024 (click the link below to view free quilt pattern and instructions). The boxed "Tale of Peter Rabbit Book Adventures" is scheduled to be shipped in June 2024 and and additional fabrics in January 2025.
I have ordered several of the "Book Adventures" boxed quilt kits - the kit includes everything you need to make the quilt (including binding and batting) you will just need to pick the quilt backing of your choice, the backing is not included. This would make a wonderful gift for any sewist or you can make the quilt to give as a gift. It would be a beautiful heirloom in any nursery.
